Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • In-stock items are typically shipped from Bangkok, Thailand, within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on current order volume.
  • Shipping and delivery operations are conducted only on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ICT+7).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ICT+7 on Friday, or during weekends, will be processed on the next business day.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery times depend on your destination

  • Shipping timelines may be impacted by holidays (Thai holidays like Songkran in April, and international holidays like Chinese New Year & Christmas.
  • Once payment has been confirmed, orders are shipped directly from our factory warehouse in Thailand within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days in Bangkok and Metropolis, and 3-5 business days in rural areas.

Shipping Carriers & Fees

  • We offer free shipping for all orders over THB 1,500 via KEX or Thailand Post, except for bulky items such as heavy bags.
  • For orders totaling less than THB 1,500, a shipping fee of THB 100 will be applied. Delivery will be handled via KEX or Thailand Post.
  • For customers located in Bangkok, we can arrange same-day delivery via Skootar or Grab. The delivery fee is THB 300. The same-day delivery option will appear at checkout for eligible lightweight shipments.
    Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 12 PM and are not available on weekends.

Damages

  • Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. Photos of any damage (product and packaging) must be provided within 5 days of delivery in order to initiate a claim with the shipping company.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address and contact information. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. 
  • A Thai phone number (+66) is required for delivery. Without it, your order may be delayed as the courier will not be able to contact you.
  • All orders are subject to verification for accuracy and payment validation. For security purposes, we may request additional information.
