Fairtex Equipment – Warranty Disclaimer Policy Terms and Responsibilities
At Fairtex Equipment, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. This warranty policy applies exclusively to purchases made through official Fairtex sales channels as specified below.
To initiate any warranty claim, customers must present a valid proof of purchase (original receipt, photo of the receipt, or digital purchase record) from an official Fairtex platform.
1. 30-Day Product Warranty Coverage
Fairtex provides a 30-day limited warranty for all genuine leather goods and training equipment against manufacturing defects and quality issues.
Manufacturing defects refer to problems caused by materials or workmanship that affect normal use, including:

Stitching separation or cracking in leather products.

Irregular shape, uneven cutting, or misaligned foam in training gear.
All warranty claims must be processed through our official Fairtex Customer Service channels, either in-store, online, or via our main contact system.
This warranty applies only when the product cannot be used for its intended purpose under normal training conditions.
It does not cover natural wear and tear, training-related damage, or cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, or marks from use.
2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Misuse of products, e.g., using shin guards for extreme sports.

Modification or alteration of any part of the product.

Improper maintenance, such as applying oils or chemicals to leather.

Incorrect cleaning methods, e.g., machine washing leather gear.

Accidental damage, such as burns or cuts from sharp objects.

Material deterioration due to heavy use, e.g., glove padding compression from professional boxing, or worn-out Velcro from frequent use.

Normal surface marks, such as scratches, minor threads, or natural shrinkage of cotton or polyester fabrics after washing.

Improper storage or transportation that affects product condition.

Issues reported after 30days of purchase.

Health or injury claims related to combat sports practice.

Commercial or gym use, which accelerates wear and tear.

Discounted, clearance, or outlet items not sold in standard retail condition.
For warranty claims within the 30-day coverage:
Customers may return products to any official Fairtex branch or online channel.
If returning by courier, the customer covers the inbound shipping fee, while Fairtex covers the return shipping after repair or replacement.
3. Shipping and Order Fulfillment Issues
3.1. Incorrect Orders (Customer Error)

If the customer orders the wrong product, size, or color, the item can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Returns can be made by contacting our online team to arrange shipment.

In this case, the customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
3.2. Incorrect Orders (Fairtex Error)

If Fairtex ships the wrong product, color, size, or a defective item, customers may return the product via our official channels.

Fairtex will cover all shipping and handling costs.
Returned products must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, with complete packaging, labels, and all promotional items (e.g., bags, necklaces, tags, photos) included.
Fairtex reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges for items that:

Are consumable products (e.g., compression shorts, rash guards, groin protectors, mouthguards, hand wraps, oils, Vaseline, etc.).
