International Shipping
- Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight and destination of your order.
- Our international shipping policy is exclusive of taxes, customs duties and any fees levied by the destination country for your order. Recipients of the shipment in the destination country are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
- Shipping/delivery is processed only on business days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm). Orders are normally shipped within 2-5 business days in most countries by DHL Express.
Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping for all orders over THB 500.00 via Kerry Express
- If you are located in Bangkok, we can arrange same day delivery via Grab delivery. In this case the customer will be charged the cost irregardless of the amount of the order. Same day delivery orders must be made before 12 PM.. However, if you have an urgent case, please contact our staff directly.
- Shipping/delivery are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm). Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days in Bangkok and Metropolis, and 3-5 business days in rural areas.
