Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • In-stock items are typically shipped from Bangkok, Thailand within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on current order volume.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm ICT on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Costs & Timelines

  • Shipping fees are based on the weight of the items in your cart and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times depend on your destination

  • Shipping timelines may be impacted by holidays (Thai holidays like Songkran in April, and international holidays like Chinese New Year & Christmas.
  • Items may be delayed due to customs inspections in your country. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays, lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Order Cancellations

  • If you cancel an order before it ships, a 4% transaction fee will apply.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.

Duties, Taxes, & Customs Fees

  • We do not charge taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Buyers are responsible for knowing their country’s laws, regulations, and any restrictions on the items purchased.
  • If you refuse to pay import duties/taxes and the package is abandoned, no refund will be issued.

Shipping Carriers

  • Any local handling fees charged by these couriers are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you request delivery without a signature, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any alternate delivery arrangements made directly with the shipping company.
  • Couriers hold packages for 5 days before discarding them. If the package is discarded, no refund will be issued for the order. If the package is returned to Thailand, any return shipping fees and applicable import duties/VAT will be deducted from the amount paid for the product. Please track your package and pay any necessary duties/taxes promptly to avoid this.

Damages

  • Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. Photos of any damage (product and packaging) must be provided within 5 days of delivery in order to initiate a claim with the shipping company.

European Union (EU) VAT Changes

  • As of July 1, 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT, regardless of value, and require a customs declaration. For more details, please visit: www.dhl-eucustoms.com.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address and contact information. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
  • All orders are subject to verification for accuracy and payment validation. For security purposes, we may request additional information.

International Shipping

  • Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight and destination of your order.
  • Our international shipping policy is exclusive of taxes, customs duties and any fees levied by the destination country for your order. Recipients of the shipment in the destination country are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
  • Shipping/delivery is processed only on business days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm). Orders are normally shipped within 2-5 business days in most countries by DHL Express.

Domestic Shipping

  • Free shipping for all orders over THB 500.00 via Kerry Express
  • If you are located in Bangkok, we can arrange same day delivery via Grab delivery. In this case, the customer will be charged the cost regardless of the amount of the order. Same day delivery orders must be made before 12 PM.. However, if you have an urgent case, please contact our staff directly.
  • Shipping/delivery are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm). Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days in Bangkok and Metropolis, and 3-5 business days in rural areas.
