Fairtex accepts returns of products (excluding sale items or items purchased with a promo code) in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, sale items and products purchased with a promo code cannot be refunded. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, mouth guards and protective cups cannot be returned, even if they are new.

3. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Fairtex will refund shipping costs only if an error was made in the original order (e.g., incorrect style, size, or product sent).

4. How should I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact Fairtex's customer service at info@fairtex.com to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund and will not be returned.

5. What is the process for exchanges?

For exchange requests, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product. The replacement item will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.
